If sleep deprivation continues, you may inevitably fall asleep and fall asleep on holidays.
Some people may want to sleep slowly because they have taken a long vacation.
However, this irregular sleep is a major cause of tiredness remaining in the body.

The human body clock basically advances in about 24.5 hours a day.
In other words, even people who lead a regular life will be off by about 30 minutes a day.
There is one way to correct this.
It is to get up at the same time every morning and soak up the morning sun.
When exposed to the sun, serotonin is secreted in the body and the body clock is set.
Depending on the person, about 7 hours of sleep a day is the longest time for a person to live.
How about taking a walk on your day off to have a good morning?
Drinking milk in the morning also has the effect of helping you get a good night's sleep.
The reason is the essential amino acid tryptophan contained in milk.
When tryptophan is taken up, it is converted to serotonin in the body.

When this serotonin increases in the brain, it has the effect of stabilizing feelings and increasing happiness.
This serotonin is then converted to melatonin.
This melatonin is a substance also called sleep hormone.
This results in a good night's sleep.
However, melatonin is secreted about 5 hours after waking up.
In other words, drinking a glass of milk for breakfast prepares you for sleep at night.
For this reason, it is a good lifestyle to get up regularly, soak up the morning sun, and drink a glass of milk instead of sleeping in the morning.
