There was a survey of 60 100-year-old elderly people living in Okinawa. No one had a special health method.
However, what they all had in common was that they all had their own small fields and went there every day.
No matter how small the field was, there was a lot to do every day.
It seems that such a little load of field work was the key to maintaining youth as a moderate exercise.
